Please be patient while the Java Plug-in loads. This may take a few minutes depending on the speed of your connection and whether or not this is your first visit.
In a short while, you will be asked to enter your User ID and Password (authentication) even
though you may have already logged on to the Vitatela web-site. Why, you may ask... well, since
OnceRemoved actually executes on your local computer, it does not have access to the authentication
residing on the web-site. It's a pesky problem and one that might be addressable as this product
matures.
After proper authentication, OnceRemoved will appear as a window containing two internal frames.
You may then begin to view/record your genealogical information. When finished, close the
OnceRemoved window as you would any other application and resume customary operation.
To relaunch OnceRemoved, simply use your browser's Reload or Refresh button.
